NIP may also at its sole discretion limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Registration Data; Account Security

In consideration of your use of the website, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the website (“Registration Data”); (b) maintain the security of your password and identification; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to NIP, to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) accept all risks of unauthorised access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to NIP.

Terms of Sale for Orders Placed on our Website

To place an order on our website you must be over 18 years of age, and have a credit or debit card acceptable to us in your name. We reserve the right to decline a new customer or to suspend or disable your account at any time and at our sole discretion.

In addition to the price of the goods or services you purchase from our website, a delivery or a collection charge may also be payable by you.

For your protection and security, and in order to verify the debit or credit card details provided, we will contact your card issuer on the day you order from us to request a pre-authorisation. We will verify your card for each time you order. It is important to point out that this pre-authorisation is not a charge to your card and will not be billed to you. Your card issuer may hold this amount for a short period, but this will never be taken from your account.

We will debit the total value of your order once it has been delivered or collected. All prices quoted are inclusive of any Value Added Tax or other tax.

Your right to return an item does not apply to certain goods and services unless they are faulty on delivery or collection or mis-described.

Returns policy for items which are not liable to deteriorate, or expire rapidly – If you return an item(s) which is damaged or faulty, mis-described or parts are missing straightaway or within 14 days of delivery or collection you may request either a full refund, a price reduction, or replacement or repair of the item(s). If You discover the item(s) is damaged, faulty, mis-described or parts are missing after 14 days from delivery or collection, you may return the item(s) and request either a repair or replacement.

Returns policy for items which are liable to deteriorate, or expire rapidly – If you are not happy with the quality of any item(s), we will happily offer you a replacement item(s) or refund the money paid for the item(s) if you let us know before the expiry date indicated on the item(s) or, where an item does not specify an expiry date, within 3 days after you received your order. You must store the item(s) in the manner appropriate to the type of goods as we may require them to be returned and they must be returned to us in the same condition they were delivered to, or collected by, you. Note that sometimes it will not be possible for us to provide a replacement for an item e.g. because the item no longer exists. In these circumstances we will offer you a refund for the item only.

Our goods and services are sold to you on the basis that you are a consumer therefore we will not be liable for any special losses that you might suffer using, re-distributing or reselling the goods as part of a business.

Use of Cards and Bonus Points

If You find your card or bonus points has been used without your authority please tell us within 24 hours of finding out. You must also tell your card issuer within the time limits you agree in your card scheme rules.

You must pay for your order using a credit or debit card or your accumulated bonus points.

Applicable Law and Venue

These Site Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within Nigeria, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Site Terms shall be filed only in federal courts located in the Federal Capital Territory and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these Site Terms.

Reference to any products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof, or any affiliation therewith, by Company.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Site Terms, NIP reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the website, and to block or prevent future your access to and use of the website.

Severability

If any provision of these Site Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Site Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
